2. Project Agreement

All projects are subject to a written agreement or proposal that defines scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and billed separately.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required before project start
• Remaining 50% due before final delivery or launch
• Delays in payment may result in project delay or suspension
• Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide required content, images, and details on time
• Give timely feedback and approvals
• Ensure all provided content is legally usable

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final delivered project. However:

• We retain rights to showcase work in our portfolio
• Third-party tools/themes/plugins remain under their respective licenses

6. SEO Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales results. SEO results depend on multiple external factors including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hyperlinkes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information except where required by law.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice
• Client must pay for work completed up to termination date

10. Support & Maintenance

• 30-day post-delivery support for bug fixes
• Ongoing maintenance available at additional cost

11. Refund Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started. Refunds, if any, are subject to management discretion and project stage.

12. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, APIs, or platforms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
